Designed for daily use
DiaLog keeps the core routine close: what happened today, what needs attention, and what can be shared later as a report. The examples below use simulated records to show the shape of the app without exposing real health information.
Treatment modes
Each treatment type has its own dashboard, log flow, history, reminders, and supporting tools. DiaLog is not a generic notes app wearing a medical label.
Track daily CAPD exchanges, drain and fill details, fluid appearance, dialysate concentration, optional diabetes fields, daily summaries, and exit-site checks.
Record cycler setup, solution bags, pre-treatment values, morning UF and drain details, dwell changes, alarms, symptoms, and exit-site checks.
Record in-center treatment status, weights, blood pressure, pulse, UF, symptoms, access concerns, and between-session diary notes.
What users notice first
The most important parts of DiaLog are the ones that reduce daily friction and make records easier to keep, protect, and share when the user chooses.
Create local PDF history reports from user-entered records, including treatment details and trends. Reports are shared only when the user chooses.
Schedule local treatment reminders and optional medication reminders. Reminder schedules are convenience tools, not emergency or clinical decision systems.
Create a password-protected backup file and save it wherever the user chooses. DiaLog cannot recover forgotten backup passwords.
CAPD and CCPD users can track important supplies and see low-stock status before routine materials run short.
Privacy first
DiaLog stores personal health information locally on the user's device. It does not require an account and does not upload treatment records to a DiaLog server.
Exports are user-controlled: PDF reports and encrypted backups leave DiaLog only when the user chooses to share or save them.
